ANSWERs

Abnormal findings:  Increased right paratracheal space with abnormal vertical air and widening mediastinum suspected dilated esophagus

IMP:  Esophageal dysmotility, such as "ACHALASIA"

Treatment options: 

• Medications:  Nitrate and Calcium Channel blockers (relax the LES muscles)
• Balloon Dilation
• Botox Injections
• Surgery:  Myotomy (surgical procedure involves cutting the muscle of LES to relieve the obstruction)
