A 33-year-old Thai man presented with recurrent syncope. Physical examination revealed no abnormality. EKG was as shown.

•  Coved ST segment elevation >2 mm. of V1-V6 followed by a negative T wave

2. Provisional diagnosis:  Brugada syndrome

• Insertion of implantable cardioverter – defibrillator (ICD)
