ANSWERs 

Physical examination:

• Alopecia, skin hyperpigmentation, onychodystrophy 

Findings of VDO capsule enterography of small bowel & colonoscopy:

• Diffuse polyps along GI tract 

Management:  Subtotal colectomy

• Pathological report:  giant polyp composing of cystically dilated colonic glands with edematous stroma, compatible with Cronkhite-Canada syndrome

Final diagnosis:  Cronkhite-Canada syndrome (Acquired Condition of Gastrointestinal Polyposis and Dermatologic Abnormalities)
