1. Non-contrasted Brain CT findings

• Image on the left side
  • Dense cord sign or dense MCA sign
• Image on the right side
  • Well-defined, wedge-shaped, hypodensity lesion at left frontotemporoparietal area (wedge-shaped lesion ทำให้คิดถึง embolic stroke)
  • Pressure effect to the left lateral ventricle, mild midline shift to the right
  • Old hypodensity lesion at right subcortical area (สนับสนุน old cardioembolic stroke)

2. Diagnosis  Acute ischemic stroke (cardioembolic cause)

3. Major blood supply affected  

• Left middle cerebral artery (MCA)
