1. Chest X-ray findings

• CXR PA upright view
• Trachea shifted to the left with decreased rib space on left hemithorax
• Hyperaeration of the right lung with flattening of diaphragm
• Normal bony structure
• No abnormal soft tissue lesion 
• No abnormal lung parenchymal infiltration
• Normal vascular structure 

2. Provisional diagnosis  Complete left main bronchial obstruction, suspect from endobronchial tumor, with total left lung atelectasis

3. The most proper diagnostic investigation  Bronchoscopy
